1968 Fender Telecaster
Blond
Art.Nr. Vi68FeTeleBld225634
1968 Fender Telecaster in Blond finish with the desired "maple-cap" fretboard. The guitar is in excellent condition. It's got some typical play wear – just enough to make it look and feel great. The neck is the highly desired "maple-cap" fingerboard version, with no "skunk-stripe" in the back, it has a medium C-profil which feels very comfortable. The guitar has been professionally refretted by our master luthier with 6105 fret wire. The electronic is all original with its CRL 3-way switch and untouched solderjoints. This guitar already has the electronics we know and love today – without the treble-cut capacitor. The bridge-pickup with staggered polepieces has an output of 5,91K and is stamped 1968 on the bottom. The neck-pickup messures 6,63K. Both pots are stamped dating 1966, the neck is stamped 3 NOV 68 B. Very good sounding and playing Telecaster with all desired features and great mojo, good weight with 3,48 Kg. Comes in its orig black Fender tolex case w/orange interior.
