1981 Fender The Walnut Strat

This is a cool one – from the original owner in Germany: Made completely of Black American Walnut, this is a special version of “The Strat”. Super nice looking guitar, all original and in great condition.It has been refretted by our luthier. A lot of things to look at… the unique features of the “STRAT” model, 24K gold hardware and a rotary switch for bridge and middle pickup wired in series. Paired with the beautiful body wood it’s a real gem from the 80s (there are not many from that era!). The weight of 4,2Kg is on the light side, we had “The Strat”s that were well over 5Kg. Guitar comes incl. all case candy such as original manual, hangtag, tremolo springs and original tweed case.
