Nice 1965 Fender Jaguar – 3-tone Sunburst in great condition. The guitar has some minor wear and some dings and dongs and the back of the neck has some oversprayed areas. The tuners, bridge and Fender mute are newer replacements and the volume pot is from 1982 – all other parts are original. Being a late L-series guitar it still has the unbound pre-CBS neck and already pearl-dot inlays. The neck stamp dates to mid 1965 (1JUN65B) – a little later the first model with neck binding appeared. The two original pickups have well balanced outputs of 6,29K (N) and 6,67K (B). The maple neck has a med-size profile, the action is set-up low for great playability! Great player with great vibe, feel and tone! Including hard case.
