Super early 1965 Fender Jaguar in custom color Candy Apple Red with matching headstock. The guitar has been played and shows some wear, but it is in very good and all original condition – it actually just looks and feels amazing – just that nice pair of worn jeans… It’s an early 1965 model (neck date January 1965!) still with the desired Pre/CBS features auch as clay-dot inlays on fretboard, no fretboard binding and “black-bottom” pickups. Original electronic with all untouched solderjoints, pot codes 304.65.08 (8th week of 1965), the neck stamp says 1JAN65B. The two original pickups have well balanced outputs of 6,17K(N) and 6,22K(B) and sound great in that guitar. The maple neck has a medium size C-shape profile and is very comfortable to play. Definitely one of the better-sounding Jags we´ve seen so far! Including orig. black tolex case w/orange lining. Weight: 3775g
