1958 Fender Telecaster
Blond
Art.Nr. FE58TELE29601
Nice 1958 Fender Telecaster in Blond finish. This is still – and very likely one of the last – regular string through body Telecasters before they switched to the “Toploader” version. Already the 59ish neck shape, thinner on thew lower frets and growing towards the body but rather round, C not V. The guitar is in original condition besides the “dark circuit” cap was removed and the volume and tone knobs are a little later replacements. The bridge pickup has been rewound but it sounds really stellar! The lower screw hole of the electronic cavity plate has been relocated a few millimeters since the original one was worn out. Great resonant guitar and one of the last “Whiteguards” with regular bridge design! Comes incl. Tweed case.
