1952 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop
Art.Nr. Gi52LPGTHMV
Super nice 1952 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop in great condition. All original condition except for a changed switch tip – great mojo and look. Just the right amount of wear and weather checking, beautifully aged Goldtop finish. An amazing sounding and playing Les Paul. There is a tiny crack in the top next to the bridge pickup tone pot which is barely visible at all but being GuitarPoint we mention it of course. Otherwise no repairs, no oversprays or any surprises. Two original 1952 P90s, pots dated 18th week of 1952. The original tuners comes with the guiar but repor tuners are installed. The guitar comes with a Mojoaxe and can be converted before shipping to make it fully playable. Comes incl. brown Lifton case (that has seen better days). Those 52 Goldtops climbed in price – especially since they play so good with the modern tailpiece/bridge solutions and have a unique percussive sound – but they are still less than 20% the pice of a 57/58 model and have the same tonal qualities.
