The ES-175 guitar was introduced in 1949… and this is one of 13 pieces made in Natural/Blond finish and it’s in excellent condition. Besides changed tuners (there are early/mid 50s Klusons installed) it’s original and super clean. It shows some weather checking and some minor wear on the neck and the beautiful natural finish yellowed to a super nice blond. The single P-90 in neck position sounds clear and articulated but also very warm and smooth. The neck feels wonderful as well. Great piece of history and great musical instrument as well! Comes in it’s original brown case with green lining that looks just as clean as the guitar!
