Many years ago a US dealer ordered a bunch of “chambered” Les Pauls and advertised them as “Cloud9”. The result was a lightweight Les Paul with it’s own unique character without changing it’s look and feel. Since then Gibson kept making Chambered Reissues per custom order every once in a while. We felt it’s about the time to have our own GuitarPoint version – since we’re one of Europe’s major Gibson Custom dealers. This guitar is part of a very small run of Chambered Reissues and it features a Darkburst finish that we had the Custom Shop paint after a color sample we gave them, a set of unpotted Zebra Custombuckers and – last but not least and maybe most important: the 1959 Carmelita neck. Means it doesn’t have the baseball-bat 58 neck, it’s a pretty authentic 59 shape with the big frets! In the end this would be rather a 59 with plain top…Get yours now!
