This extremely beautiful guitar was made in 2000 in the Gibson Custom Shop factory. 2000… people would say still the “good wood era” if that even existed. The Custom Shop had only a fraction of the output they have nowadays and R9s were rare. This top is crazy…deep quilt maple with a wonderful Sunburst color! The guitar has been played. There is plenty of play wear on the back and it once had different tuners installed (holes have been widened on the back – but the original tuners are back on. A great Les Paul through and through! Comes incl. original case.
