Super clean 1988 Fender 62 MIJ Stratocaster – Surfgreen in absolutely mint condition. We bought this guitar from the original owner who upgraded the electronic with american CTS pots and original Fender Custom Shop pickups (well matched – ca. 5,6K-5,8K), which is a big improvement on the allready great MIJ models. The H-series was made in the highly-regarded FujiGen plant in Japan in 1988 and they are known for superior craftsman ship, some even claim better then the american Stratocasters bult at the same time. Fact is that sound and playability is equal to a much higher priced Fender American Vintage Reissue, or comes even close to some Fender Custom Shop models. There is barely any visible play-wear, the original frets are in "as new" condition, the guitar comes in an original Fender USA hardshell case.
