1981 Dean Z Explorer – Cherry Sunburst

Clean 1981 Dean Z – Dean Zelinsky’s version of the Explorer. The guitar is basically like new – its almost never been played at all. However, the former owner replaced the original pickups – there is a 1986 Bill Lawrence XL-500 in the bridge and a double-white 80s DiMarzio Super Distortion in the neck position (this would be the correct pickup but mostly Zebra). Dime would love to shred on this one – he used that bridge pickup. Killer guitar!
