1975 Gibson Les Paul Custom – Sunburst (1974 specs)

Killer looking and playing early 1975 Les Paul Customs with all the 74 specs (still the mahogany neck and ABR bridge mounted directly into the top). We dated in 1975 since the pots read 137.74.5X (last weeks of 74) and there is a 1975 stamp in the neck pickup cavity. The switch to maple neck and the Nashville bridge with the metal insert posts happened a few days/weeks later. This is such a great and vibey guitar with heavily aged clear coat and a Cherry Sunburst finish thats not bright at all. This is a rock’n’roll survivor! The pickup covers are missing and there are Schaller tuners installed leaving holes and imprints frot he original waffleback tuners. We kept them on since the have the same patina as the rest of the guitar and work nicely. A really cool axe with a lot of wear and mojo! (Original tuners and pickguard not included!) Comes incl. original mid-late 70s Gibson case.
