1974 Gibson ES-175 – Sunburst

Clean 1974 Gibson ES-175 in excellent/exc+ condition – with a great history! The guitar was owned by a German lady from 1974 – 2019 and we have a picture of her in the 70s and when she sold it – something you don’t see often for sure! It’s all original besides the bridge once was mounted to the top and now was raised with an extra block of wood. The bridge is very high but we don’t see an evidence of a sunken top, the braces are stable and the top carve as well. The guitar has a steep neck angle which is not uncommon for some 70s Gibsons – we’ve seen that on many Les Pauls as well. Otherwise it’s been taken care of like maybe only a woman treat her guitar – the finish is smooth and the surface it as clean as it gets! The guitar is very resonant and is ready for another lifetime! Comes incl. case.
