Wonderful time-machine early 973 Gibson SG Standard in Cherry finish in excellent+ condition. The finish didn’t fade at all! We purchased it from the family of the original owner and the original receipt from a store in London/England comes with the guitar. It’s lightweight with only 3,20Kg, the pickups measure 7,12K(N) and 7,97K(B) – great balanced tone! The pots are dated 137.73.09 (9th week of 1973). There are a few minor dings and scratches but the overall appearance is exceptional and especially the deep cherry color showing a nice mahogany wood grain is really special. Great player and great future investment! Comes in later 90s brown Gibson case.
