1971 Fender Jaguar
Lake Placid Blue
Art.Nr. Vi71FeJagLPBMN319977
Amazing clean 1971 Fender Jaguar in Lake Placid Blue. The guitar comes from a big collection and has been purchased in the mid 80s in the US. It appears that the guitar originally was painted Sunburst and the Lake Placid Blue finish is a very very old refin. We believe it’s been done in the factory – there are a few hints that lead us to this conclusion: the guitar still has 1966 pots and the guard has pearl underneath it very likely was built in 1970. There is no 100% proof but it makes total sense – however, the guitar is priced accordingly. The super rare April 1971 dated maple neck with black binding and black block inlays has a nice full profile and is also in amazing condition. Includes original case and bridge cover.
