This is a killer axe! Lightweight 1971 Hardtail Strat with late 1969 neck. The neck looks like it’s on the guitar forever and fits perfectly – however, having a 1969 neck date stamp and the “with synchronized tremolo” logo we at least need to think that it is not original to the guitar. However – it feels and plays just right with it’s wonderful round C-shape profile! The body is an early 1971 with 52th week 1970 pot codes and three 1971 pickups. The middle pickup cover is a newer replacement, otherwise it’s original. There is wear and chipped off lacquer around the edges. Great guitar at fair price point – if you’re looking for an awesome 4-bolt hardtail – check this out! Comes in non-original case.
