1969 Gibson Les Paul Custom – Ebony

Super cool 1969 Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty! It’s a one-piece body three-piece neck version that has seen quite some stages in its life! Wonderful vibe and feel, all that “mojo” and we need to admit that this particular guitar sounds amazing! A true example of how good those late 60s Les Pauls can be. Still that 1968-1970 glass-like finish that crackles a certain way. Factory Grover tuners! Rare – we’ve seen it but not often for sure. The neck has a light clear coat overspray that has been worn off almost completely. There was a Bigsby installed at some point but there are no holes on the top, only on the bottom. The pickup covers are missing and there is some solder work on the pots and some screws have been changed over the years – all those mods/issues are normal when you see a guitar that has been played excessively. Really really great Les Paul that has a lot of 50s vibe. Comes incl. original 70/72 case with purple plush.
