1967 Gibson SG Standard
Cherry

Art.Nr. Vi67GiSGStdCH000234

Rare 1967 Gibson SG Standard in Cherry finish. The guitar is all original with untouched solderjoints. The guitar has been extensively played, so there is quiet some visible play-wear and lots of weatherchecking, it had different tuners at one time, the Kluson/Gibson “Double-ring” tuners are back on. One of the first SG-models to bear the large pickguard, all 4x pots are dated to 1965 and it shows all the desirable features such as big 1-piece mahogany neck, no volute, “Pat-Nr. sticker” humbuckers and the orig. 60s Gibson hardshell case with yellow interior. With only 3,21 Kg a real lightweight, very comfortable neck-size and a real joy to play! Other than the mentioned tuners, this guitar had never had any modifications or repairs! Comes in its original Gibson hardshell case w/yellow lining.
