Beautiful 1967 Gibson Melody Maker in Red finish. The 4th incarnation of the Melody Maker with the classic SG body with dual pickups. Really nice one, all original condition. The guitar comes with the original tremolo but it only works with high action since the pressure on the bridge is too low when set up for low action. This is why we decided to string it with the wraparound for better tone and action. The bridge is a ojoaxe – the original bridge is compensated for wound G-strings and does not intonate for modern use. The neck has a nice big chnky profile, its a super nice guitar with lot’s of tones in a cool Gibson custom color! Comes incl. original case – original parts also included.
