1967 Fender Stratocaster
Sunburst
Art.Nr. FE67STRATB203672
Did you know that 1967 is the year the Strat almost disappeared? Fender was busy with all the Rossmeisl stuff, the Coronado, the Offsets so they almost discontinued the Strat. We’re lucky that this guy named Hendrix made it popular again! This is one of those rare 67 models. The neck is still dated 1966 but the black bottom pickups and the serial number tell us that its indeed an early 1967 model! pots and switch are newer replacements, the tremolo block has been repaired – which is great cause it works – and the case is not original. Other than that it’s a super nice broken in and well played 67 Strat! Relatively slim neck profile. Original and nicely worn finish! Really a good with a great weight!
