1966 Fender Telecaster
Candy Apple Red w/maple cap
Art.Nr. FE66TELECAR202166
Super rare 1966 Telecaster in custom color Candy Apple Red with maple cap neck fretboard! This rare bird looks super cool, the combination of a maple fretboard with custom color finish is just amazing! The neck has been oversprayed and re-decaled at some point – we believe after the guitar was refretted. The pickguard is a 1969 guard with pearl underside. There were Schaller tuners installed at some point but the original tuners are back on. Other than that the guitar is all original, the neck is 3MAY66B and the 2 pots are dated 137.65.42 (42th week of 1965). The solder joints are untouched. The two original pickups measure 6.02K(B) and 8.18(N). The weight is 3,65Kg/8,047lbs. Comes incl. original black tolex case.
