1966 Fender Jazz Bass - 3-tone Sunburst incl. orig. Fender Export case
Nice 1966 Fender Jazz Bass in 3-tone Sunburst, all original and in very good condition for its 52(!) years. The bass is all original with untouched solderjoints, and it has some visible play-wear and belt-buckles rash mostly on the backside of the instrument, other wise its all original and without any repairs or modifications. Original electronic has untouched solderjoints, both pots are from Stackpole stamped 304.66.31 = 31st week of 1966, the two original Fender J-pickups have well-balanced outputs of N=6,79K and B=7,29K, neckstamp reads: 7 JUN 66 A. The frets are still in great shape and have plenty of life left. Low action and with a pleasant weight of only little over 4Kg the playability is great and very comfortable! Comes in its original black Fender Export case.
