1966 Fender Esquire – Blond (Eddy Money! )

This wonderful early 1966 Fender Esquire came from the collection of Eddy Money’s guitar player John Nelson and was used on the famous hit “Take me home tonight”. It was purchased from John directly by an editor of the german magazine “Gitarre&Bass” and featured in an article in the April 1990 issue of the magazine. The guitar is in excellent condition, original finish, electronic and hardware (besides changed pickup height adjustment screws). Beautiful juicy Blond finish, still the spaghetti logo on the headstock. This is a great piece of rock history! Comes incl. newer case with Eddy Money logo and the magazine with the feature.
