1963 Gibson SG Custom - White
Super clean 1963 Gibson SG Custom in Polaris White finish in excellent condition. One of the most beautiful solid body guitars in our opinion - the combination of the white finish with gold hardware, ebony fretboard and the Custom headstock... can't get much better than this. This is a 63 model which means it's one of the most desired years with the big neck profile and the Maestro tremolo that actually worked (the sideways tremolo was more art deco than functional). The neck is really full and very comfortable, especially with the rounded fretboard edges. The guitar has 3 original patent sticker humbuckers which share the specs with the late 62 PAFs - same pickups different sticker. The original ABR-1 bridge has replaced saddles and there once have been Grover tuners installed - the waffle backs are back on. Great guitar in truly great condition and including original black Gibson case.
