1963 Gibson Les Paul SG Standard
Cherry
Art.Nr. GI63LPSGCH125623
One owner 1963 Gibson Les Paul/SG in Cherry finish! This is rare – to receive a true one owner Golden Era Gibson in Europe. The original owner received it as a gift from his father in 1963 in Hood River, Oregon/USA where he lived back then. He played in bands and even as support band for Neil Youngs’ Buffalo Springfield in Portland 1968. It’s an all original guitar throughout, no modifications. The desired Maestro tremolo version with a bigger neck profile and two patent sticker PAF-spec humbuckers. It faded a bit like most of its species but the back remains fully Cherry red. A wonderful and rare instrument – one of the most sought after guitars from that era! Comes incl. orignal case with yellow plush.
