That tone…that neck. And yet another 1963 that makes you believe in that myth of the magical year. That neck is really big, very typical for that year and the full-on no exceptions pre-CBS features make 1963 the perfect curve board year and this guitar is a fine example of why they’re so desired. It sounds just amazing! All original, besides a pro refret and there was a 5-way switch installed and the original 3-way is back on. The guitar had a rare “body guard” installed and has some chipped of lacquer very likely due to humidity. Of course the body guard comes with the guitar. The neck is nicely worn and feel really beefy – really nice! Comes incl. original case.
