Clean early 1963 Stratocaster in excellent condition. This guitar is all original besides a missing backplate (a replacement backplate comes in the case). It’s a January 1963 guitar (neck date is 2JAN63B and body date is 1/63 in the tremolo cavity) and all three pots read 304.63.06. The three black bottom single coil pickups read 5,40K(B), 5,55K(M), 6,56K(N). It shows some wear here and there but it’s been taken care of and is still beautiful and clean. One of the Strats that show you why many players prefer the 1963 models – bigger C profile with more pronounced shoulders, big tone and all the features that made history… spaghetti logo, clay dots, green guard and black bottom pickups. The weight of 3435g is perfect, it feels and plays great and the original frets have some life left. Comes incl. it’s original brown Tolex case.
