Clean 1960 Fender Stratocaster in excellent condition and all original. The guitar is a perfect early example of the legendary “slabboard” era with the typical 1960 Sunburst that’s “on fire”. The guitar is super clean, it only shows some wear on the back and a few dings and dongs here and there. It’s an early 1960 model, still no neck date (normal for 1959/early 1960 Strats), the body date is 2/60 and the pots are also late 59 (304.59.48 = 48th week of 1959). It’s got a nice dark thick “slab” rosewood board, a clean green guard without any cracks and a great tone – great slabboard growl. The electronic is untouched, the three “black bottom” pickups have DC resistance of 5,16K(N), 6,25K(M) and 5,35K(B), the guitar isn lightweight with 3345g. Great player and great addition for your collection! Comes incl. original great condition brown case, bridge cover, strap and guitar cable.
