Early 1958 Fender Telecaster in typical white Blond finish. Still pre-Top Loader string through. The guitar has origional finish on the body and original electronics, however the neck pickup has appears to be at least touched and/or partially rewound. Bridge pickup is still in it’s original condition. Both pots are dated 304.7.48 (48th week of 1957) and the body date is 12-57. The masking taope in the e-cavity reads 2-27-58 and the neck is dated 1-58. The neck has been shaved to a thinner, more 59ish profile on the back but still with a hint of V feel, and has been refinished afterwards. If you are comfortable with a little thinner shape and are not after the big V and still want the guitar to be vibey and cool with enough vintage correct substance, if you are looking for a super nice sounding Telecaster with an amazing weight of only 3220g – you should reallly consider this example. It comes including its original case and bridge cover.
