1957 Fender Esquire Blond (Body Refin)

This is a great opportunity to get a wonderful 50s Fender for a nice price! This 1957 Fender Esquire has a body only refin done by our luthier Mathias Schindehuette, new tone pot and an old Seymour Duncan “1R” flatpole pickup. The neck still has the original finish, with some removed clear coat overspray around the heel. Original Fender decal! The neck date is 7/57 and the original body date in the pickup cavity and reads 6/57. The neck definitely belongs to the body and has a nice 1957 soft V shape. The original finish is still visible in the neck pocket and cavities. We bought the guitar in the US – it original came from Arkansas. The pickguard, metal parts (bridge, tuners, control plate and knobs) are original. Great neck profile and great tone! Comes in new case.
