The Widow finish is one of the coolest the Custom Shop came up with the last decade. It’s basically a colored clear coat that makes the binding and headstock inlays shine in certain colors. This is Peacock Widow, a super flashy looking guitar – perfect for the modern Les Paul, a true Custom Shop creation: the Les Paul Axcess. Technically the better Les Paul with contoured heel for better access and playability. Its got the “Apex Volute” for increased stability on the back of the headstock too. The stunning maple top shines through the finish and give the guitar a very luxurious look. One of the nicest Les Pauls we received in 2025 for sure!
