To us the Gibson CS-356 is one of the nicest guitars the Custom Shop ever made. It looks like a smaller ES-355 and that’s what most websites say when they try to explain this guitar but they’re actually very wrong. It more kind of a hollowbody version of a double cut Les Paul Custom! The body is a mahogany construction with two hollow chambers, carved back and solid flamed maple top. As opposed to the maple bodied ES models. This guitar is super versatile, it’s super easy to handle due to nit’s “normal” solidbody size and it looks killer! Look at that top… it’s really one of the best Gibson is able to source nowadays. You really should check this one out!
