In April 2026 on our annual Nashville trip we went to Gibson Customs “secret room” to check out some finished special production Les Pauls together with our buddy Jared James Nichols. We picked three guitars from the wall, all super cool looking, great feeling and acoustically resonant guitars. This is a 1958 Les Paul reissue with Gun Metal Grey top finish and deep Cherry finished back and black plastic – what a nicely spek’d Les Paul! Neck and pickups are standard 1957 – Custombucker Alnico 3 pickups.
