As if they recent guitars wouldn’t already sound outstanding… the even thinner and harder Murphy Lab lacquer makes them vibrate even more. This is the next best thing to an original 1957 model. Period. The J-200 is the “King of flat tops”! This historic 1957 Reissue SJ-200 in Vintage Sunburst with thermo-aged spruce top and traditional hand scalloped X-bracing sounds and feels like a true vintage guitar. The maple back and sides have a beautiful grain and match up perfectly with the Jumbo body with ultra-thin Murphy Lab lacquer for a superb tone. Great playability with low string action and super light weight.
