Are you aware the there are a lot less PAF Goldtop Les Pauls than Bursts? This is Gibsons brand new recreation of the famous 57 Goldtop with the Light Aged Murphy Lab treatment. What you get is the unique Murphy Lab lacquer, harder and thinner than the regular VOS/Glass finish with natural weather checking. Only a few dings or dongs – the rest is up to you. It’s the right lacquer that will age a lot faster and makes you personalize the guitar’s look with your playing and style! Great axe with the right look and feel…and great tone – this particular example is a great sounding Goldtop, very resonant and lively guitar! Weight: 3950g.
