We can’t advertise this guitar as our own clone of the Slash AFD model but of course you can see it within a second what original guitar inspired this one-off we got from Gibson. It’s got the Appetite For Destruction color “Mojave Fade” and the golden tophat knobs with silver inserts. We hand picked the maple top specifically for this guitar in Nashville in March 2024. Gibson changed their policy and won’t allow the Zebra/reverse Zebra Custombuckers anymore due to obvious reasons – so we had the one and only Maricela “MJ” Juarez at Seymour Duncan winding a pair of Custom Shop Slash Signature pickups for us. This took 6 month and now the guitar is complete – it sounds just amazing! The guitar includes the original Zebra Custombuckers as well.
