Super Faded Aged Candy Apple Red

We had Muddy Waters ’63 Telecaster in mind when we spec’d this super nice Custom Built 1963 Telecaster in Candy Apple Red finish with Relic treatment and “Super Faded/Aged” lacquer option. The lacquer is super thin, you can see the grain of the alder body and it’s more faded than the typical CAR finish. The pickguard is a singly-ply 50s white guard, just as on the Muddy Tele. For the pickups we’ve picked the finest Josefina handwound 63 Tele pickups – of course. The neck is a nice 60s “Oval C” profile with 9.5″ radius round laminate rosewood fretboard and 6105 fret wire. Really cool 60s Tele style reissue with great look&feel! The weight is 3,29Kg. Comes incl. original case and all paperwork.
