Nice 2012 “In-House-Aged” 1958 Les Paul Standard Figured Top in Washed Cherry finish. 2012 was a good year. The Collector’s Choice series started to take off, famous models like the Goldie or Sandy have been released. Gibson also did the “In-House” aging, specially trained craftsmen aged the guitars to meet a pice point below the super high Tom Murphy Aged upgrade – and soem of them turned out to be equally in quality. This is a very nice example of a classic Cherry Sunburst 58 Les Paul, the neck is not too big, rather comfortable. Nice weather checking and mild aging. Just a great workhorse but with some extra time spent on the finish and aging. Nice broken in feel and look! Pickups are still the Burstbucker #1 & #2.
