Clean 1994 Paul Reed Smith McCarty Model #76 of 100 with handsigned backplate from McCarty himself. The guitar comes from a private collection and is in excellent+++ condition, no dings or dongs, the original frets are still in perfect shape. This PRS McCarty model was built as a tribute to Pauls mentor and former Bigsby and Gibson president Ted McCarty. Ted signed all of the first 100 and they are numbered on the electronics cover plate. Ted was very instrumental in helping PRS and his legacy lives on in the models that bear his name. Early McCartys, like this one, don’t have the push-pull knob. This guitar is mint and highly collectible. Comes in orig. PRS tolex case, hangtags and McCarty-signed backplate 76/100
