1987 Gibson Les Paul Standard
Ebony (Slash!)
Art.Nr. GI87LPSTD-80407525
A 1987 Gibson Les Paul Standard… this would be nothing special. If they wouldn’t be Jessica. Slash’s famous Les Paul he got from Gibson in 1988. Its a 1987 Les Paul Standard serial number 81757532 built June 24 1987. This is 80407525, built on February 9 – so it’s her older sister. Its shares the same neck profile, three-piece maple top, mahogany body and neck. Original Ebony finish with nice wear and patina. The guitar comes with some “Slash-mods” – a set of Seymour Duncan Slash signature pickups, amber top hat knobs and an old Tonepros bridge. The capacitors are newer and better than stock. Really cool vibey guitar and even if you’re not a die-hard Slash fan this is just a cool Les Paul from the 80s, just before the big Les Paul revival that was actually created with the sister of this guitar since this was the one Slash played live during the big years of GNR. Comes in black Gibson case.
