1983 Hamer Phantom A5 - Pearl Yellow

Clean 1983 Hamer Phantom A5 in rare Pearl Yellow finish, a color you don't find that often in near excellent condition (Made in USA). The Hamer Phantom came to fame in the early eighties when Andy Summers (Police) used this model extensively. The odd PU-configuration allowes a wide variation of intersting sounds, the all mahogany set-neck construction guarantees lots of sustain! The guitar has only minor play-wear, no breaks or repairs, a locking-nut had been installed in the past, the filled little holes next to the trussrod-cover are barely visible. The frets are original and still in great shape, just as the original electronics (Dimarzio/Hamer slammer pickups) and work fine. Comes in its original black Hamer hardshell case
