Rare 1981 Dean E´lite Deluxe in Cherryburst all original and in excellent condition. This model is often refered to as the "Cadillac", but the Cadillac back then always had 3 PUs. Dean built his own "E´lite" – model which was a cross of the famous Les Paul with the upper horn of an Explorer. With a solid mahagony body, set neck (long neck tennon!) and a nice, bound curly maple top, this guitar is a lightweight with only 3,69 kg, the perfectly shaped V-neck make it a real joy to play. Still has the bigger headstock, as they became drastically smaller in around 82. The guitar is in excellent++ condition for its age, with only some minor play-wear, …barely visible! Tthe original frets are still in perfect shape. Looking at the price-explosion of vintage Hamer Explorers (6-7k- and up!), this is a great alternative, still affordable and those early Dean shure will go up in price soon. Including original black Dean hardshell case with blue interior.
