The Gibson Les Paul 25/50 Anniversary models are amongst the coolest guitars Gibson did in the late 70s. Great attention to detail, very nice looking wood and finishes… the top-of-the-line of this era. We didn’t have one for a while and we’re happy to offer you this nice example with the most amazing flamed maple top we’ve seen on this model and in Antique Sunburst finish. The guitar is in original condition besides a changed pickup mounting ring, one changed pot and a new neck pickup. The pickups are the “tarback” humbuckers and if they’re dead you can’t repair them. We had our friends at Kloppmann Electrics do a similar pickup with coil split and it sounds perfect! Other than that it’s original and looks sooo good! This run was made to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Les Paul model and 50 years of Les Pauls career. The mix of chrome and gold parts symbolizes the silver/gold anniversary – pretty cool. The guitar has a factory TP6 tailpiece and coil-splt. Great condition! Comes in original case and matching serial warranty card.
