Earlier version of the “The SG” Standard which became the “Firebrand” model in 1980 – a more budget version of the SG that was introduced after the SG Special model was discontinued. It features a Walnut body and neck and Ebony fretboard. The pickups are Bill Lawrence designed ceramic magnet humbuckers – “The SG” humbucker in neck and the “Velvet Brick” in bridge position. Great sounding SG! Comes incl. newer case.
