Gibsons first reissue of the 1955 Les Paul Special in rare Cherry finish. This is the first we've ever had in Cherry – most of them are Sunburst and a few came in TV Yellow. It has some very minor playwear and the tuner have been changed to Schallers at some point. The "Les Paul 55-77" is the second version of the Special reissue with a seperate bridge and stoptail-piece – great for intonation and playability. The original frets are still really good, the two P-90 soapbar pickups and the eclectronics are untouched. Great feeling C-neck profile… it's a just great looking and resonant guitar –  an awesome player! Incl. hardshell case.
