1976 Martin D-76 Bicentennial Limited Edition – Natural

In 1976 the C. F. Martin company released the D-76, commemorating the 200th anniversary of the United State’s founding year and the declaration if independence. This model was limited to 1976 pieces and features a spruce top, 3-piece Indian Rosewood back and sides with Herrinbone purfling between the panels, a mahogany neck with an unbound ebony fingerboard sporting 5-pointed star position markers, and an engraved pearl inlay of a bald eagle on the headstock, the bridge is ebony. Furthermore an engraved metal plate on the neck block listing the guitar name, its rank in the production run, and the serial number. It’s in great shape, sounds amazing and the eagle on the headstock just looks cool! Comes incl. original case.
