1976 Gibson SG Standard – White (!)

All original 1976 Gibson SG Standard in rare White finish in excellent condition. Usually only the Customs were painted in White and most Standards were Walnut or Cherry – which makes this guitar a rare bird. The guitar has only some very minor playwear, the white finish has yellowed a bit and looks super cool on this guitar. There is a vertical laquer crack around the headstock joint which has been checked by our luthier. The former owner put his social security number on the pickup covers and the stoptail – other than that everything is original. The electronic in untouched with all 4 pots dating to 1976, the two Gibson "Tar back" humbuckers are well balanced and sound great in that guitar.. Nice lightweight and the medium sized c-profile neck is very comfortable to play. Comes incl. original Gibson hardshell case w/purple lining.
