1976 Gibson Les Paul Standard - Sunburst

Clean 1976 Les Paul Standard, all original and in excellent condition! 1974 was the first year for the Les Paul Standard to come out with humbucking pickups since its been discontinued in 1960. Most of the Les Paul Models back than where Deluxe models with Mini-humbuckers. This is the "real deal", not a routed Deluxe! According to the book "Gibson Shipment totals" by Larry Meiners, only 24(!) Gibson Les Paul Standards have been built in 1976. This is an early version still with the Kluson Tulip-tuners, untouched solderjoints, the pots date to 5th week of 1976. 2x original "Pat.Nr.stamped" humbucking pickups, fairly lightweight for a 70s Les Paul. Comes in it´s original black hardshell case with violet interior.
