1974 Fender Jazz Bass – 3-Tone Sunburst incl. orig. Fender Tolex case

1974 Fender Jazz Bass in 3-tone Sunburst ingreat condition. The bass has been played, so there is some play-wear, typical for a over 40 year old bass. The original frets are still in great shape. The pickups have been changed to Fender Custom Shop PUs, which sound great in that bass. The pickguard has been changed as well (orig. Fender), therefore priced lower. Rare version with maple fretboard and pearl-block inlays in fretboard. It is a late 1974 transitional Bass between last 4 Bolt Body and first 3 Bolt neck version having already a headstock Trussrod Bullet Screw and the routing for the (3rd) Metalplate Screw in the neckheel. The 4 Neckheel Drillings are also there and factory done and the Body is factory 4 Bolt drilled. With 4,18 Kg lightweight and very resonant and comfortable to play. A real player Jazz Bass for an affordable price! Comes in a non orig. black tolex case with black interieur (not pictured).
