1971 Gibson EB-3 Bass - Cherry

1971 Gibson EB-3 Bass - Cherry incl. orig. Gibson case

Rare Gibson EB-3 bass with slotted headstock in good condition. The EB3 with slotted headstock has only been produced from late 69 till 71. This instrument is a rather lightweight version with only 3,78kg. 70´s EB-3 basses usually weigh in at 4,5-almost 5kg! Unfortunately as on most of the slotted headstock-versions, this bass had a crack on the left side of the headstock which has been professionally repaired and touched up. The repair is stable and solid. The famous "Mudbucker" Pickup in the neckposition together with the bridge-pickup and a 4-way rotary switch deliver a large varity of sounds. Including orig. Gibson hardshell case.
